IMPORTANT SHOP INFORMATION
Process Time: Currently our process time is 2-4 weeks as each one of our items are handmade. Please note for blinged tumblers, each rhinestone is carefully placed by on by one. This process is very time consuming as we work very hard to make sure all our products are made to 100% perfection. Once the order has been finished you will receive a tracking number of ETA ( estimated arrival ) or the order. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or damaged items once the order has been shipped. A claim for an damaged or missing packages will need to be placed through USPS postal service to obtain any refunds for your order.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECTED BEFORE ORDERING AS NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO YOUR ORDER ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Please know that all our items are custom made and we have a strict NO REFUND or NO EXCHANGES policy. Should there be an issue with your order, PLEASE email us at Adreamtobedecor@gmail.com an we can discuss next steps if necessary. For blinged tumblers: should any rhinestones fall off within the first 30days PLEASE email us so we can get replacement rhinestones sent back out to you. If a product completely losses more then 10 rhinestones please send back the product (contact us first) so that we can fully fix your product and send it back out to you.
Return shipping label must be purchased by the seller. We do not send purchase RETURN labels for the customer.
MISSING ORDER INFORMATION
If your order is missing any information your process time on your order will be delayed. We will email you to the email address left at checkout in order to obtain the proper order information to complete your order.
